1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing online educational modules on The Aviation Mind ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated policies.

2. Educational Nature of Services

The Aviation Mind provides supplemental online preparatory coursework, technical lectures, study materials, and academic guidance. Our modules are designed to assist students in preparing for DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) modular examinations and commercial aviation knowledge assessments. Completion of our online courses does not, by itself, confer a regulatory license, endorsement, or government certificate of competency without passing the requisite statutory examinations administered by the respective civil aviation authority.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All videos, lecture presentations, written curriculum notes, examination questions, diagrams, and media accessible through the student learning portal are the proprietary intellectual property of The Aviation Mind and its respective instructors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, screen-recording, or sharing login credentials.

4. Account Responsibility

Students must provide accurate personal details upon registration. Each account is strictly for individual personal use. Unauthorized concurrent logins or credential distribution may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Payment and Course Access

Course fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay). Upon successful payment capture, course access is granted in the Student Dashboard.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
