Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Lesson Previews

To enable students to make informed educational investments, The Aviation Mind offers free preview lessons across published courses. We strongly encourage all students to review the preview lessons and curriculum breakdown before enrolling.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

If you experience verified technical impediments preventing video streaming, or if the curriculum substantially deviates from its published syllabus, you may submit a refund request to our Academic Support Desk within 7 calendar days of purchase.

3. Conditions for Non-Refundability

Refunds shall not be granted in cases where:

• More than 25% of the total course video lessons have already been accessed or completed.
• Downloadable resource notes or question banks have already been downloaded.
• The refund request is initiated after 7 calendar days from the transaction date.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway settlement cycles.

5. Submitting a Request

To request assistance or initiate a refund review, email admissions@theaviationmind.com referencing your Order Number, registered email, and reason for the request.
