Notice to All Prospective Learners and Aviation Students
1. Non-Regulatory Status
The Aviation Mind is an independent online educational technology and coaching platform. We are not an approved CAR-147 Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) or a CAR-FTO Flying Training Organisation approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, unless explicitly stated under an authorized institutional partnership agreement.
2. Examination Preparation and Licensing
Our courses are structured specifically to assist candidates in comprehending the technical knowledge, engineering fundamentals, and practical theory necessary to sit for and clear official regulatory knowledge examinations. Passing or completing any online course offered on this platform does not grant an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License, Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Flight Dispatcher License, or any other statutory certification. Official licenses are awarded exclusively by the DGCA following the fulfillment of all statutory practical experience, modular examinations, skill tests, and medical fitness criteria.
3. Accuracy of Content
While our faculty and engineering advisors endeavor to keep all study materials aligned with current Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs) and ICAO Annexes, aviation regulations evolve frequently. Students are advised to always cross-check with official DGCA Public Notices, Aeronautical Information Circulars (AICs), and CAR revisions.
